Hi, I’m Laura.
I’m a psychologist & sexologist who hears again and again how body image creeps into intimacy, shuts down pleasure, and steals connection. It happens for my clients, for my friends -
and even for me.
I’ve been on my own journey: my body has changed through life, desire has shifted, and I’ve had to relearn what it means to feel safe, present and alive in my body.
This program reflects that journey and the tools I’ve developed with clients to help them step into confidence, comfort and true intimacy.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a partner to do this program?
 Nope! In fact, everything you’ll learn starts with your relationship to your own body. Having a partner can help you integrate it, but it’s not required.
What if I’ve struggled with my body for a long time?
 You’re not alone - and you don’t need to love your body overnight. We focus on realistic, gentle shifts that build true confidence, piece by piece.
How much time will this take each day?
 Around 20 minutes to watch the video and read the daily workbook section. The workbook will have reflection questions and daily exercises that you are encouraged to do to get the most out of the program but overall each day is short, digestible, and designed to fit into real life.
What if I miss a day?
 Totally fine! Make the 5 days work for you, however you need to.
Will this be inclusive and sex-positive?
 Absolutely. All genders, sexual orientations, relationship structures, and bodies are welcomed - and honoured.
Is this safe if I’ve had negative sexual experiences?
 Yes. We stay grounded in empowerment, choice, consent, and nervous-system safety. You can always move at your own pace.
How long do I have access?
 You’ll have access for 14 days after the last day of the program.
Is it okay if I’m nervous?
 More than okay. Courage is still courage, even when your hands shake. You’re stepping toward a more connected, confident version of yourself - and that’s huge!
